Petrosyan Law Group does not publish case results: no verdicts, no settlement amounts and no lists of approved petitions. This page explains that choice, what past outcomes can and cannot tell you, and how you can get a clear view of your own matter instead.

Why does this site publish no case results?

This site publishes no case results because law firm case results, however impressive, tell you very little about your own case. A list of past wins leaves out too much. A settlement figure leaves out the injuries, the insurance limits and the evidence behind it. Likewise, an approved visa leaves out the history, the documents and the timing that made approval possible.

Client matters are also confidential. Publishing an outcome in useful detail would mean publishing facts that belong to the client. For that reason, the firm keeps those facts private.

What can past case results tell you?

Past results can show that a firm handles a certain kind of matter. However, they cannot show what your matter is worth, whether your petition will be approved, or how long it will take.

• They can show Experience with a type of case, a court or an agency.
• They cannot show The facts, evidence, insurance coverage, immigration history or law that will decide your matter.

What the rules require

Lawyers in California follow the State Bar’s Rules of Professional Conduct, which govern how a firm may describe its work. Under these attorney advertising rules, anything a firm says about past matters must be accurate and must not create an unjustified expectation about a new one.
