This policy covers petrosyanlawgroup.com, the website of Petrosyan Law Group, APC, 300 W Glenoaks Blvd, Suite 301, Glendale, CA 91202. It explains how the firm handles personal information collected through this website, including the enquiry and consultation booking forms. Attorney–client confidentiality and the firm’s professional duties, which go further than this policy, protect information you share with the firm after you become a client.

Sending a form, email or message does not create an attorney–client relationship. Please do not send confidential details, passport numbers, A-numbers, Social Security numbers or medical records through the website. The attorney will ask for what she needs at the consultation.

What the website collects

The website collects only what you type into a form, a small amount of technical information that comes with the form, and anonymous usage statistics.

Information you give in a form

• Contact details Your name, phone number and email address.
• About the matter The type of matter, how urgent it is, and the description you write.
• Preferences Your preferred language, how you would like to speak (in person, phone or video), and any consultation time you choose.
• Your consent A record that you agreed the firm may contact you about your enquiry.

Information sent with the form

• Source page The page you sent the form from, and the website that referred you, if any.
• Campaign tags UTM parameters and a Google click identifier (gclid), if the link you followed carried them. These show which listing or link brought you to the site.
• Time zone Your device’s time zone, so appointment times display correctly.
• Hashed IP address A one-way, scrambled version of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions and block spam. The full IP address is not stored with your enquiry.

How the firm uses it

The firm uses your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, check for conflicts of interest, and keep a record of the contact. Source page and campaign details help the firm understand which pages and listings people find useful. The firm does not use your information for advertising profiles and does not use sensitive details you choose to share for any purpose other than responding to you.

Who receives it

Your enquiry goes to Petrosyan Law Group and nobody else. The website stores it in its database and sends it to the office by email through the firm’s mail provider. If you gave an email address, you also receive a short receipt.

The firm’s website host and email provider process this information only on the firm’s behalf, as service providers, to run the site and deliver messages. The firm may also disclose information where the law requires it.

If you contact the firm through WhatsApp, that message is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

Analytics and your privacy choices

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages help people, so the firm can improve them. The firm has set it up to collect as little as possible:

• No advertising The firm has switched off advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals. The site runs no ads and builds no advertising audiences.
• No form contents The site sends nothing you type into a form, including your name, phone, email or description, to Google.
• IP addresses Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.
• Consent Mode Google’s Consent Mode records your choice, and analytics stays off when you opt out.

You can turn analytics off at any time with “Your privacy choices” in the footer of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site treats it as an opt-out automatically, and the analytics script does not load at all. A small cookie on your device stores your choice.

Does the firm sell or share your information?

No. The firm does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines those terms. It has not done so in the past twelve months.

How long the firm keeps information

The firm keeps an enquiry for as long as it needs to respond, to check for conflicts of interest and to meet its professional obligations, and then deletes it. The website automatically deletes submissions marked as spam after 30 days. The counter used to limit repeated submissions expires after ten minutes. If you become a client, the firm keeps your file under its client file retention practices, which the engagement agreement explains.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you rights over your personal information. The firm extends the same rights to every visitor.

• Right to know Ask what personal information the firm holds about you, where it came from, and how the firm uses and discloses it.
• Right to delete Ask the firm to delete personal information it collected from you, subject to exceptions the law allows, such as records the firm must keep.
• Right to correct Ask the firm to correct inaccurate information.
• Right to opt out The firm does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of beyond analytics, which you control with “Your privacy choices”.
• No retaliation Using any of these rights will not affect how the firm treats you.

How to make a request

Email intake@petrosyanlawgroup.com or call (220) 999-9009 and say which right you want to use. The firm will confirm your identity, usually by matching the email address or phone number you used, before it acts. You may use an authorized agent, who will need your written permission. The firm responds within the time California law allows, which is generally 45 days.

Children

This website is meant for adults. The firm does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 16. A parent or guardian can contact the firm about a child’s matter; if you believe a child has sent information through the site, contact the firm and it will delete it.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), limits access to enquiries to people at the firm who need them, and blocks automated spam. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, which is one more reason to keep confidential details out of the form.

Changes to this policy
