The firm’s commitment

Petrosyan Law Group aims for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The firm tests the site as it adds pages and features, and treats any barrier you report as something to fix.

What the firm has done

The firm designed and built the site with accessibility as a requirement from the start, not added afterward.

• Structure Each page has one main heading, headings in order, landmarks for navigation and content, and a “Skip to content” link.
• Keyboard Every link, menu, form and dialog works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Reading Text and controls meet AA color contrast, and the layout adapts to zoom and small screens without horizontal scrolling.
• Forms Every field has a visible label, the form marks required fields, and the site describes errors in text and announces them to screen readers.
• Images Meaningful photographs carry text descriptions; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
• Motion The site reduces animation when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Language Pages declare their language, so screen readers pronounce English and Armenian content correctly.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site depend on services the firm does not control, and they may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA.

• Maps Third-party maps can be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader. The office address, 300 W Glenoaks Blvd, Suite 301, Glendale, CA 91202, always appears as text beside them.
• Scheduling A third-party scheduling or messaging tool may not work well with every assistive technology. You can always book by phone or email instead.
• Documents Government forms and PDFs linked from the site come from the agencies that publish them, and their accessibility is outside the firm’s control.

How to report a barrier

If something on this site is hard to use, tell the firm by emailing intake@petrosyanlawgroup.com or calling (220) 999-9009. It helps to mention the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you use. The firm will reply, work on a fix, and help you get what you needed in the meantime.

Information in another format or language

You can ask for any information on this site in another format, such as large print, a plain-text email, or a phone call where someone reads it to you. The firm works in English, Armenian, Russian and Spanish, and can explain any page in those languages.
